1: APNGDisposeOpNone
2: APNGDisposeOpNone        // should use rendered frame 1
3: APNGDisposeOpPrevious    // should use rendered frame 1
4: APNGDisposeOpPrevious    // should use rendered frame 1, NOT frame 2
