Add UseNativeProvider option #1726

Use following option in `QuickLook.Plugin.ImageViewer.config` to fix the issue:
```xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Settings>
  <UseColorProfile>false</UseColorProfile>
  <UseNativeProvider>false</UseNativeProvider>
</Settings>
```
