Sveta Smirnova a1093ff12c PT-2340 - Support MySQL 8.4
- s/slave lag/replica lag/ in tests
- reverted rename of COM_REGISTER_SLAVE to COM_REGISTER_REPLICA, because the constant still named COM_REGISTER_SLAVE in 8.4
- removed some slave leftovers from pt-replica-find
