Simplify how Pingback handles MySQL instances. Remove Percona::Toolkit::slurp_file() because it was causing 'sub redefined' errors, probably due to PerconaTest::slurp_file(). Add more PTVCDEBUG statements.

ChangeHandler: Don't hexify text columns.

As far as I understand, it doesn't make any sense to hexify text
columns; they break in many ways (you can't roundtrip the UTFs,
quote_val gets the hex quoting wrong, etc) and in any case,
the maatkit bugs about the feature are all about blob/binary
columns.
And, while a perilous excercise of genetic programming, removing
it didn't break any pt-table-sync tests, so this commit does
exactly that.

Fix quote_val() calls in TableSyncNibble.pm by removing 2nd arg which was ignored anyway. Use more real tbl_struct in TableSyncGroupBy.t so auto-vivification doesn't cause sort_cols() to print the expected results. Remove have_all_privs() tests from TableSyncer.t.

Put everything in Pingback::version_check(). Change HTTP::Micro to HTTPMicro in pingback(). Simplify time_to_check() a little and add more debug. Fix Pingback.t now that client response doesn't have TYPE and no response causes die.
